elpa-ctable software package provides table component for Emacs Lisp, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install elpa-ctable
elpa-ctable is installed in your system.
Make ensure the elpa-ctable package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep elpa-ctable *
You will get with elpa-ctable package name, version, architecture and description in a table
